Yeah, that's a thing they do these days, send a crazy invoice for something that you didn't buy hoping that folks will panic a call or click a link or open an attachment. I've received several of those, but never looked at them closely enough to notice funny addresses.

From what I understand, they intentionally make these scams slightly "off". If the scam is fairly obvious, then they weed out the folks that are too smart to get scammed, and only hook the folks that aren't "with it" enough or are paniced/flustered enough that the bad guys have a chance of making some money off of them.
