Add banana trees to your list. They take over and will not go away since they have bulb like roots. I tried removing them in my yard in the BAY a couple times and they always came back.
My brother-in-law had their yard redone and put a bunch of them in a cinder block retained/planter. I mentioned this to him and he blew me off like I was posting a 1 starfish thread here. Been like 5 years now and I always look at their growth the once or twice a year I go down there. I am looking forward to them starting to push the masonry block around. Right or wrong of me.
