Well, now I feel stupid. I was raising the car back up (I have a mid-rise) and my neighbor walked over to see what I was doing. I told him and he said “hit the switch and let me see what’s going on”. It was arcing. The yellow wire was fairly loose. Snugged it up and fired right up. I did replace the battery as it was like 12 yrs old and tested very low crank amps.
