Hah, no matter how many times I change the oil, I always find a way to make some bit of a mess, usually by dropping the drain plug into 8 quarts of oil and having to fish it out, but I also have a habit of trying to rush to refill the tank and pouring 20W50 all over the right side of the engine bay.
