So I've had a Numeric shifter installed for about a year now and it's been great. However, after I pulled the car out of storage I noticed an issue.

It's self-centering, and when I put it in first, the shifter still has tons of side to side motion in it, to the point where I have to pull it to the left to shift down into second, and when I push up into third I barely have to move to the right.

Is this something in the shifter or in the shift coupling? Maybe the coupling slipped over the winter?
