I am firmiler with the security fastener in Torx and allen but they have the protruding pin inside the fastener head.
This fastener has a 5mm Allen socket head cap screw but instead of the tit it has a hole at the bottom where the Allen wrench with the tit fits into. So just to opposite of the security fasteners you mentioned
