2017 solo overnighter on Lake (Reservoir) Diablo.
I'd been retired for over a year at this point and was well accustomed to weekday adventures. This was a Monday fun day.

In the last 5 years Thunder arm has had sooo much alluvial flow that it's unfit for launching with a trailer, that's the only public boat launch on the lake. Seattle City Light has a superb ramp usable at all lake levels- can I use it? Oh hell no... bummer, I miss loading up my little 14' Lund with an electric start 20 HP Yamama and seeing the lake posthaste.

Oh well, the boat in campsites are still accessible by Kayak and Canoe.
