if it starts running like garbage in a few 100 miles buy a cheap ultrasonic jewelry cleaner fill it with a thin degreaser and put your injectors in it with the inlet side on a slight down hill and run it a bunch of time . my injectors clogged up quickly picking up debris from inside my hard injector lines ( looked like black pepper flakes). i eventually had to replace my hard lines .. also another thing to check is your main strainer entering your fuel distributor this should catch anything post filter pre fd . fingers crossed this is the end of your gremlins .
