My guess is ⅓ are real, another ⅓ are real pics that have been photoshopped heavily, and then the last ⅓ are AI fabrications whether complete fantasy or fabrications based on someone specific.

I always thought that Jennifer Morrison was hot in House. I also think she's better as a brunette than a blonde.
