New bearings (shock lower mounts) fixed the noise.
Equal parts relieved and frustrated.
Going to keep a spare set of these on hand and change them regularly.

Anyone know if 72 or 75 914 pedal clusters will bolt into the SC? I’d like to lose the booster and I happen to have some 914s in my driveway.
