I may be mistaken, but I've never seen a fuel door pull with a lock.
The fuel door release should be located above the AC vent by the driver's door.
The front trunk pull which is located below the dahs should have a lock in it. this lock should operate using the same key as the doors and ignition, provided you are not using the valet key.
