BTW;
The guys are going to be watching to see what kind of fish you catch.
They will ask if it's first time you caught that type of fish.
If you answer, this is my first one, they will expect you to eat the heart of that fish or the boat will get skunked.
I had 3 guys on a Panga make me eat a Dorado heart the once and only time I admitted a first time catch. The fish tacos made uo for it.
