Well 4D911 seems to be unable to use a phone as he has emailed me rather than calling me back.
I assume he has stolen someone else's phone number from Arizona, but he doesn't have access to that voicemail..... So what does he need to do to rectify this so we think he is actually selling real parts? I would say at this point face to face meet up. Or stop by a local Porsche business with the parts and snap a picture of the parts with yourself and the owner of the business. I can think of one.
