In 2020, I left my 2010 VW in my parking garage for something like 6 months and when I came back to town, it started on the first crank like I had parked it an hour ago. TBH, I was shocked.
I don’t know anything about the laws in Florida but here we have billboards for lemon law attorneys all over the place and it takes a lot less than what you have gone through to lemon law a vehicle. Good luck with it and definitely find a lawyer. In CA, the law is very specific and they can’t weasel out of it.
