Performance will be better with MFI. Fuel economy will be worse. Expect the engine to run eye watering rich. Just the nature of the beast. I’ve had both MFI and CIS. Prefer the CIS for daily driving. MFI is a way cooler looking “Motorsport” like setup for the engine bay.
