Its a fantasy Porsche would never do, but the ultimate porsche would be easy to parts bin: Motorsports engine from gt4rs/gt3, 6MT, skip rear wheel steering, normal Cayman bodywork, Leave the spoiler up, skip active dampers even, 18" wheels (or 19" if you must), normalish sized brakes, Call it the Cayman ST or whatever. should be under 3k lbs.
