Can't Take the Heat!

Hi All -

I have a 72' 911 and there is a good amount of heat coming into the driver's side footwell even with the heater control lever pushed all the way down. I've looked under the back of the car and I can confirm that the controls attached to the heat exchangers are in good operating procedure. Both sides are opening and closing as expected.

I feel most of the heat coming from what I assume is the tubing that comes from the inner rocker panel and goes up into the main air control box in the frunk behind the dash. The passenger footwell is much less hot as well.

If it does turn out to be that this tubing is split or cracked - how hard of a job are we talking about here to attach new tubing to both respective ends? Any pictures/driagrams, etc. would also be much appreciated!

Thank you!
