There are flaps of some kind in each part of the HVAC Components in the frunk. The flapper seals mentioned above are in each end of the blower motor housing. I searched high and low and found that 914 Rubber has a good replacement option if you don’t make your own like some people. I also recommend their airbox motor seal and sealing ring because they are bound to crack and get destroyed in the process being so old.
