That's not true... because I have on I-95 in south GA from a state trooper
I was speeding ... he had me and actually wrote out the ticket after the usual "dead bodies in the trunk" routine... it was a Friday and I was heading down to Jax for the weekend.
And at the end as he was getting ready to hand me the ticket, I jokingly said "Thank you for making my weekend start out great".
He said ... "not yet" .... and wrote WARNING in BIG letters across the real ticket an told me to have a great, safe weekend
