If my off the boat from Italy great grandmother had written down any of her recipes, I could run a fantastic family style Italian restaurant.
I also have a Mumbai family curry recipe that you could open a restaurant around, it's better than any Indian food I've ever had here in the states and 3 times traveling to India.
A proper Neapolitan pizza and Florentine sandwich shop would be a favorite of mine too.
