Was at a car show last summer....these guys had a booth with a young cute blonde girl in it.
She wouldn't give me a price, but said the guys would stop out with a free estimate.
Two weeks later, a guy rolls up and measures my roof....$32K before clean-up costs.
Last time it was shingled, it was $2.5K
