Boeing B-17 converted to an executive airplane for TWA top brass in 1946. The conversion was done in Seattle by Boeing. It was a rush job and they had to improvise on the furnishings by buying some of it at a Sears store in Seattle. It was eventually sold to the Shah of Iran who piloted it himself.
