I'd always had arthritis then went to an allergy doctor because I was (not exaggerating) losing the use of my hands. He said don't eat lamb, you are very allergic to it . So I stopped and a week or so later my arthritis disappeared.
Pretty funny. Coming from the land of sheep and being allergic to them. But the joys of life with no arthritis are geed
