Thanks for the help. I did notice the existing ones don't use the clips. Will definitely do the trial fit first! Truth be told that's what I'm most concerned about –*ensuring clean smooth alignment of the fender panel with the door and hood.
I think it's just a matter of spot weld cutting, metal prep, weld-thru primer and plug welding the new FJP.
Also looks like a heavy coat of Wurth stoneguard once it's all secure
