The tool that impressed me was the hot glue thing with the "plunger" and the tool that gripped it and then pulled. It was like the old method of welding on a stud to pull, except there wasn't thousands of dollars in paintwork to follow.
I had an old dent on the rear wheelarch at 12 oclock that I had left there for close to 20 years b/c I figured it was in a bad spot and more trouble than it was worth. Gone. He was there anyway b/c a weedwacker fell on the drivers fender and left a mark there and the hood, also gone. And the car has a 18 yr old repaint. Color me impressed.
