The washer is out there in repair kits. For the washer, any kit intended for the 12mm diameter distributor shaft will work. The pin is also available.
Clamp the gear in a soft jawed vise. Carefully file off the peened over part of the pin that holds the gear in place. Tap it out with a drift punch of the appropriate size. Replace washer and reassemble with a new pin, being sure to peen over the ends with a hammer.
