Found a piece of land that checks a lot of boxes for me.
1.5 aces, brick home built in the’80s.
The whole place is a mess, but could be a smoking deal for the right buyer.

Is there a way to track the probate process for this place without raising questions?

A family member we talked to knows the kids in line to get the place and they have nothing.
They are whacky young adults with no money and zero interest in the home. All they want is their money and be done with it.
