I wouldn't think that Ospreys would concern themselves with small raptors much since they eat two different things (fish vs little mammals, etc...). But maybe the big birds don't like the idea of the little birds around their babies. Or maybe it's just a flex, "this yard isn't big enough for the both of us," and the little birds high tail it out of there.

And I wouldn't think eagles would be concerned about any other bird other than another eagle. I'll never forget watching the juvenile snag a duck out of a pond, stand on it for a couple of mins, and then fly off with it like it was nothing.
