Our house was built 30 years ago. We have replaced the outside compressor twice, as it gets the hardest life. We had to replace the motherboard for the furnace a few years ago. We are close to biting the bullet, and doing an all new HIVAC unit. Maybe this fall.
I got up and did not take a customary shower. I just but on my yard work clothes, as it is mow the yard day.
