IMO that is too high. You will likely have to fold the bottom a bit. There's a second rubber seal along that back edge as well that helps to locate the panel in the vertical plane, and if missing will exacerbate any alignment issues. I don't see it in your pic but maybe it came after.

Thanks. I’ll try and use heat to remove it and reinstall. I do have the rubber seal installed. It’s basically a rain gutter to channel water to either side.
