A problem that I see is that you may miss out on a real sale awaiting the balance of funds to arrive and a real buyer may miss out on the car of their dreams. I am 78 years old and have owned many Porsches. I have 7 right now with 5 being operational. My age makes timing be more important. Plus, I have always hated thieves which your " buyers " appear to be.
