I get several letters a year at my home address for my property in northern WI. All, "we pay cash, handle all closing, blah, blah". Most are sent from Wyoming/Montana. I suspect speculators/flippers/developers.
Oddly, they all offer the assessed value from my tax bill
Fortunately, they have never called so I have not had the opportunity to tell them to F off.
