Son, you know you need to balance the carbs after rebuilding them, right?
No?, OK- now you know why.

I still can't understand the maneuvers and physics of landing a car in a tree on it's nose in a neighborhood :con
The rock to the right had a lot to do with it as well as poor throttle/steering inputs...
Bet that was a serious ticket, on the plus side all the neighbors were impressed

I bought my 99 2500 in 2005 I think, maybe 2006.
Since GM no longer sells a 2500 4x4 suburban and a dealer friend of mine, told me a few years ago, if what I currently own was still available, it would start at $125k

I’ve had the transmission rebuild and upgraded, done the brakes, Bilstiens, bare metal paint, the fact that I could get a crate engine, with warranty, installed for less than $10k (like Glen did for his ElCamino) makes it a “No Brainer” that I would be dead, long before I spent the money on mine, before reaching the replacement costs.
