CA. is a big place. LA is a big place. I know that you've been on some freeways and maybe even stayed in a Holiday Inn here but I'm thinking that you really don't know a lot about it. We all bring our biases along with us when we travel and yours are pretty obvious for all to see. You don't like cities, you don't like the west coast and you basically don't like anything too outside of your comfort zone, which is Kansas. I get it. It's not a real popular POV, however, out in the world.

And good beef and poultry come from just about everywhere. It's fresh produce that doesn't travel well, hence the greatest restaurants are here. What's the biggest farm state in the country, Matt?
