I’m one of the unwashed E5 short timers(drafted) you speak of and now have USAA. I agree their system on line is extremely difficult to navigate. I had looked at them several years ago but more recently (about 2 years ago) was trying again. They said I already had a “profile” (I guess from the previous attempt) and I could not get onto the site without calling them (another story). Now I currently have auto, homeowners, gap policy, wind and hail and flood with them. Emails about what is due are difficult to figure out once on line. That being said, the Porsche body shop that our dealership used told me, if they had their druthers, they’d druther deal with USAA than any other insurance companies. Never any questions when further work needed they’d say do it.
