I believe AAA and State Farm have excellent customer service and are available in Texas. I switched to Tesla because the premiums were a lot lower, but the customer service supposedly sucks. I'm saving $1,800/year for two EVs, so I'll put up with crummy service if necessary. I know Tesla is good with EV insurance, not sure about ICE vehicles. Also, it's only sold in Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Virginia so far. You have to download their app and submit a picture of the odometer to get a quote.
