So I’ve been slack in posting updates on my build. Just to bring everyone up to speed, I finished my motor. Fitted 3.1L P&C, 964 cams, hydraulic tensioner upgrade, had my WUR and FD rebuilt by Tony, backdated the heat and added SSI heat exchangers and a Dansk Sport muffler, new Sachs power clutch and replaced the flywheel. I’m sure there’s more, but those are the highlights.
I reinstalled the motor today so after a year and a half, I’m getting close to the finish line. Hopefully I can get everything reconnected this week and start it up for the first time this coming weekend to run in the cams. Can’t wait to get behind the wheel!!
