Started the engine swap process today. My garage is filled so I enlisted the help of my mechanic.
Does anyone have a 993 engine with single pulley adapter? I think we are missing the inner and outer upper fan pulley so we had to order them from Sierra Madre.

But at least we’ve started work. Plan is to modify the 915 bellhousing, deep clean the transmission and install the OS Giken LSD tomorrow. Hopefully we’ll get the engine mounted tomorrow so I can fab up the exhaust.
And the bad news - Anyone have a spare 993 (non-1996) DME lying around? I dropped off the engine in February it was wrapped up in the crate, and now we can’t find it.
