Frozen Pizza

I don't know of any good ones, at least none that are available around here. We have one option for delivery pizza and it's awful.
We are in the middle of moving our household (and barns and garage) so we have no time to dine - we just eat whatever is fast and easy.
We found Red Barron frozen Pizza has a decent crust - a little crisp on top with a chewy center. I add some thinly sliced onion, sliced San Marzano tomatoes, two or three tablespoons of tomato paste, some granulated garlic, Italian seasoning mix, extra
pepperoni, and Mozzarella. It takes about 10 minutes to dress it up and 20 minutes to bake, so it fits our schedule.

You can see from the box the toppings are kinda sparse. I start making it interesting by adding onions, tomatoes, and tomato paste.

I spice it up with Italian seasoning and garlic granules from Galena Garlic Company. I think it's the next best thing to fresh garlic. Garlic powder is tasteless in comparison.

Finish it up with extra pepperoni and Mozzarella.

They say you are what you eat. If that's true I've become fast, cheap, and easy.
