Hey cool dad, I came here tonight to ask if anyone has specifications for shoulder belt placements. If someone can measure their stock set up that be a great asset. I’ve looked on and off for a year and never found measurements.
That aside. Don’t worry about welding, that’s silly. Pegasus racing will sell you plates with a bolt welded to it that meet track requirements for driver belts. All we need is the where to drill the hole and then put an eye bolt through and your done…
I think I found where it’s supposed to go, there is a preformed foam pop out marked X… Id just like a little confirmation before drilling my expensive car.
I also removed the lap belts last year and installed D shackles to attach proper seat clips, and that worked fine for my 2.5 yr old
