For your standard rear facing seat I think this type of d shackle would be best… I found the right thread 7/16 x X can’t remember in a rigging supply shop. I’m showing a picture example i pulled off amazon but they are not the right thread. Again my memory is foggy but I believe spec for seatbelts requirements is >5000 lbs breaking and working load 1500lbs
