We have a couple Jura's, one is a Z10 that's about 2 years old, and a Z9 that is going on 7 years old. Zero problems so far with either. I'm not a coffee snob per se, but there is a definite major taste difference between these machines and a standard drip machine. When we travel I can't wait to get back to our home coffee. I usually use LaColombe beans.
