Zero complaints on three that I've purchased. The first, sent into office duty, didn't need a factory refresh until nearly 20k shots. The second, first at home than handed down into another office, over 15k and I haven't heard of issues.
Our current home unit, a J8 I think(?), is maybe 5k in with similar pain-free performance.
All fed only RO water, cleaned with the Jura tabs per the machines' demands and "descaled" with more RO because you can't convince the things that you're giving it mineral-free water.
I can't comment much on the milk systems. Our household doesn't really do milk drinks and any that I had in an office banned milk due to cleaning hassle/risk. We'll do it for house guests and I would for VIPs at work. For quality, like the espresso it's better than probably 80% of what you'll get at shops. Not the best in your life but it capably gets the job done.
My only complaints with the systems are the small water tank volume and difficulty managing oily beans with the grinders. Also, our latest one sometimes gets confused/angry with the drip tray/grounds waste bits - it'll error out until you really get up in the guts with a rag and a brush. There must be an oversensitive sensor in there.
