Today I saw an oncoming new pickup with four very bright lights on. No way those were dailight running lights, or even low beams. It was daytime, and I had my sunglasses on, so I had some relief.
My pet peeve for today, I replaced the alternator on my El Camino. What idiot engineer decided I needed both metric and SAE tools to R&R the alternator. And WFT, why so many different sizes for the bolts. Walking back and forth to my tool box was the most time consuming part. The alternator is right on top, one belt falls off when the tension is removed. A 20 minute thing for me, the world's slowest mechanic. It would be a 10 minute R&R with all SAE or Metric sizes and fewer size changes.
