68 when the heater has to be on, 76 when the AC has to be on. Right now during the Fall we don't run the HVAC for a couple of months or more. Same thing in the Spring. Right now we open some windows at night and cool the house down into the mid 60s. In the mornings we close the windows, and the temp climbs to the high 70s in late afternoon/early evening when we can open the windows again. Conditions eventually get to where we use the HVAC a bit. During the winter, I start the fireplace in the monrings. It heats the place (blows out warm air) for pretty much the rest of ther day after I let the fire burn out mid morning.
