Disclosure: I used to sell stuff to Stellantis, I absolutely detest them, and I laugh every time I see this kind of crap they produce. That background might affect my position here...
Their best offer, without a lawyer representing you, will be a replacement car. Do you really want that? Would you take a new 2025 car? A used low mileage car? I wouldn't.
There's no 'trade-in', they owe you a full refund IMO. Plus some interest. They've had your money for 9 months, but you haven't had what they promised you....
