I did my first batch of 10 screwdrivers with no problem. However, Infound some more in my drawer at the other house and tried to get them warranteed. The CSA told me that rust and smelly/moldy handles are not covered under warranty. We went back and forth for 30 minutes. She said she had no supervisor that I could speak to. She finally caved and said I can send the screwdrivers in to quality assurance. I asked for a shipping slip. She emailed it to me, and I packed the box and shipped it out yesterday.

Perhaps she was a little suspicious because I'm doing all these warranty claims so she denied the claim. However, her shipping slip was with UPS 2nd Day. That must cost more than the 6 screwdrivers! I had a couple with 12" shafts, so the box was quite large. lol

That said, a couple days prior to speaking to her, I spoke with another gentleman and it was no problem with the warranty. Those 10 screwdrivers arrived yesterday. I'm not so sure on the quality of the new stuff made in Taiwan. They look a little flimsy and fragile.
