Sorry to take your post off topic. I tried to restate your question on 1.16.25, I thought 962 answered you on 7.18.25 above. It sounds like properly formed replacement panels follow the contours of the original part. The curvatures in both directions are very shallow & would be hard to duplicate manually without an English wheel.
I was involved in automotive stamping years ago. A very slight change in blank thickness would alter the shape of some stamped body panels. I'm still concerned that the shape of replacement part may vary just enough to show in the reflection once the door & fenders are painted.
