My daughter & son-in-law want to pick up a U-haul trailer, and noticed the tires were worn way past legal. One could barely see where the tread used to be.
When son-in-law said the tires must be replaced, U-haul's response was Too bad, either take the trailer as is, or don't.

That sucks. Imagine how many miles it has gone to wear out HD trailer tires. All of my trailer tires age-out waaaay before they run out of tread.
