i went through this last june...........report this to your insurance company too........if her insurance company trys to stiff you then pay your deductable (which you'll get back "after the battle" if you win) and let your insurance company step in and help....that's why you pay them, i did this and everything worked out ok.....but this is ohio....and my opinion from my experience.
